Please keep to your session time as closely as possible so that we can regulate the number of people in the studio. 

 

We ask that you book your Drop-In before you arrive at the studio so that we know you are coming and to avoid disappointment if the studio is full or a group booking demands the full use of the studio.

Check the Quick Book Timetable to see which session may be happening alongside your Drop-In session and remember; you can join in any yoga, meditation or Yoga Nidra session for free!

Free Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra
for Drop-In members! 

As a Drop-In member you are invited to join in our optional wellbeing activities for free!

On a Sunday Clay Day we have Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.  On a Sunday Yoga Throwdown we have Yoga and during the Six Week Courses on Monday and Tuesday nights we invite you to join us for meditation at 6.30pm before the start of your Drop-In at 7pm

These sessions occur during your Drop-In session. However, ​if you do not wish to join in, you can arrive after or leave before the start of the wellbeing session. Drop-In sessions that coincide with ​​​a wellbeing sessions are always longer in duration than regular Drop-In sessions to make sure you always get at least 3 hours of uninterrupted studio time.
