Glazed work collection
Glazed by us:
If your work has been clearly marked with a diamond then we will have glazed your work in a beautiful satin white or transparent, in which case it will be ready for collection 1 month after your making session. If in doubt, rather than contacting us, please check your diary to make sure not to collect too early to avoid disappointment.
Glazed by you:
If your work has not been clearly marked with a diamond then we will not glaze it. It will be bisque fired and ready for glazing or collection 3 weeks after your making session, and stored for 1 month after it has been fired, during which time you can book a glaze tutorial (to learn how to glaze) or, if you already know how to glaze, you can do so during any other of our sessions. Please note that if you do not return to glaze within 2 months after your making session, your work may be cleared to make space. We thank you for your understanding.
Once you have glazed your biques pieces, they will be ready to collect 3 weeks after your glazing session. If in doubt, rather than contacting us, please check your diary to make sure not to collect too early to avoid disappointment.
Bisque-fired work collection
If you would like to collect bisque fired work for painting or glazing elsewhere, your work will be ready 3 weeks after your making session. If in doubt, rather than contacting us, check your diary and make sure not to collect too early to avoid disappointment.
Work storage
Please note that we can store bisque fired work for up to 2 months after your making session, after which time we must clear away outdated work to make space for new: We thank you for your understanding.
