Ceramics classes are often expensive which can turn off many potential clay enthusiasts. We want to make the healing benefits of working with clay available to as many people as we can so we have created this special session that has different priced ticket options so you can pay what you think you can afford depending on your circumstances. Clay Social is a clay For beginners, you will be introduced to the various techniques of hand building with clay, from coiling and slab building to an endless number of expressive building and mark making techniques. With his extensive knowledge as a ceramic artist, your teacher Barnaby will be on hand to assist in making your clay project a reality. This session is a great way to spend your Friday night with like minded people all wanting to hang out and learn from each other through making. Everything you need will be included with the exception of glazing and firing, which will be charged at £5 - £15 depending on size. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic drinks and food.
